Book Talk with Ainslie Hepburn

Price : £ Entry by donation
Location : Hut 41 Cultybraggan Camp

Author Ainslie Hepburn discusses Herbert Sulzbach's year in Comrie, working as an interpreter at Cultybraggan Camp. As a Jew, he was terrified seeing the swastikas and hearing the anti-Jewish songs. Herbert was advised to hide his true identity and was amused by the Nazis calling him "sir". He threw himself in to the work of educating the PoWs about democracy and Hitler's lies.

This is sure to be an interesting talk and Ainslie will be sharing unpublished materials. Not to be missed!
